Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindMyLine website and the AI receptionist and automation services provided by Mindstorm AI ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Mindstorm AI provides AI-driven call answering and business automation services under the MindMyLine brand, including but not limited to AI receptionists that answer calls, capture lead details, screen calls, and forward information to you. Our services are designed to support your business operations, not to replace your professional judgment. The AI assistant identifies itself as an AI to callers.

2. Billing & Cancellation

  • Monthly Pricing: Services are billed on a flat monthly recurring basis according to the plan you select. There is no setup fee.
  • Recurring Payment: By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
  • No Contract: Plans are month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the month you've already paid for, but partial months are not refunded or prorated.

3. SMS Communications & Consent

By opting into our SMS services (via web forms or direct inquiry), you agree to receive text messages from us.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service and inquiries.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP."
  • Help: Text "HELP" for assistance, or email jay@mindstormai.com.
  • Liability: Neither Mindstorm AI nor mobile carriers (e.g., Bell, Rogers, Telus) are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Call Recording & Caller Consent

Our AI receptionist answers calls on your behalf, and these calls may be recorded and transcribed in order to capture lead details and deliver and improve the service. As the business that owns and operates the phone line, you are responsible for meeting any caller notification or consent requirements that apply in your jurisdiction or industry. We will help you configure an appropriate call disclosure, but compliance with applicable call-recording and privacy laws for your callers is your responsibility.

5. Client Responsibility

While we build and maintain high-quality AI call handling, the AI may occasionally mishear, miscapture, or misroute information. You are responsible for reviewing the lead details we deliver and for following up with your callers and customers. We are not responsible for business lost, missed, or mishandled as a result of errors in AI-captured information, and you should verify important details (such as addresses, phone numbers, and quotes) before acting on them.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep your service running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by maintenance, carrier issues, or outages from third-party providers outside our control. We are not liable for calls missed or business lost during such interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom AI configurations created for your specific business remain your property upon full payment. The underlying methods, systems, and proprietary tools of Mindstorm AI remain the property of Mindstorm AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindstorm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, missed calls, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., VAPI, Dialpad, Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the month in which the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
