Call Recording & Transcripts

Our AI receptionist answers and processes calls on your behalf. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that lead details can be captured and sent to you, and so call quality can be reviewed and improved. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you and to authorized Mindstorm AI personnel for the purpose of delivering and supporting your service. We do not sell or share this data. As the business operating the line, you are responsible for any caller notification or consent requirements that apply to your jurisdiction and industry; we're happy to help you configure an appropriate call disclosure.

SMS & Mobile Messaging (Compliance)

We use VAPI to send automated SMS notifications and lead alerts, and Dialpad for direct SMS communication with you. We value your privacy regarding mobile data.

• Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
• Sharing Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

AI and Data Processing

In line with our philosophy that AI should support human decisions, we use AI tools to process data for efficiency (e.g., transcribing calls, capturing leads, and sorting inquiries).
